Pricing includes local travel and incidentals. Airfare, other expenses related to overnight travel, project expenses beyond administrative and incidental, and any applicable taxes are not included.
Focused Conference
Typically a one-on-one or small group discussion with optional pre-work, the topical conference can be brainstorming session with the consultant providing fresh ideas and perspective or a detailed discussion about a specific question or challenge, among other possibilities. This session is ideal for clarifying issues underlying a less defined problem, or creating options for dealing with a problem or situation that is very clearly defined at the outset. Includes four hours of consultant time. $1200
Alignment Analysis
This 1-2 day engagement with a functional expert provides a broad review and analysis of information and value flows for the relevant function. Ideal for the organization that is secure in its success but proactive in looking for improvement areas. Includes 4-8 hours on site with 4-8 hours of prep and follow up. $1800
Weekly Planning, Training and Implementation
Individual consultants are available on a dedicated basis for $5500 per week.
